Giving away free, either or both. Full weeks at Sedona, Los Abrigados Resort, any week usage, Jerome (1 bedroom, with sleeper) Unit. Full Week anytime (1 bedroom) or 6000 Epic points at Scottsdale Links (Club Sunterra).
Both are paid in full, 2007 dues paid in full, weeks available to use/exchange. Annual fees around $500 to $600 for each.
Would give away for a diet coke, or a simple kind word. Moving to a new home, new life, new job, new wife, and don't want these reminders of the old administration anymore.

Hi, just wanted to know if either of these are still available; also if there is a fee to use the timeshare other than where you purchased it, and if the exchange is with RCI. I think that it takes a very big heart to give like this and a bigger heart to receive all the good from your giving.

I have one of these units. FYI:
The annual maintenance fee is up to $635 (or was that $670). It goes up each year.
Ownership does not include RCI, II, or anything like that.
There are to kinds of owners at Los Abrigados --
"Sedona Vacation Club" owners are deeded owners of a fractional share of that particular property in Sedona. This does not include exchanges with other ILX properties.
"Premiere Vacation Club" owners do not have a deed to any particular property, but rather are eligible for some specified period of time at any of ILX's properties.
Any way you slice it, people like me who bought these things were royally ripped off. If it's worth 6 or 7 hundred bucks a year to you to stay for a week in a 600 sq foot suite in Sedona, then go for it. If that's not your cup of tea, then skip it.
