getting rid of bluegreen

WE own 8000 points with Bluegreen does anyone have any idea how to get rid of them without totallly loosing everything we paid? I did find a company that we would have to pay to transfer the title and eliminate any further fees. Doesn't seem right to pay someone to take all those points off our hands.

1) Make sure the transaction is handled through a title company. A company that you can verify exists.

2) Only pay money when you have clear and concrete notification that a transfer of ownership has happened. Check with your t/s company after the transfer to make sure the t/s is out of your name before paying any money.

3) You would be better off agreeing to handle the transfer of ownership through a title company specializing in t/s yourself and paying this company, the buying company, through the title company after the transfer of title. This way you know that the transfer is complete and you didn't pay money out for a scam.
