International Timeshare Refund Action / ETOO

HI ,
I am looking for information on a comapany in the UK called ITRA / ETOO, as I have been advised by one of their telemarketing agents in the UK, that they have lawyers in the USA that have won and helped in the lawsuit against RCI for misrepresentation.

I have been informed that if I pursue a case through this company in Europe I can claim a refund of my maintenance and exchange fees back for the last two years.

Of course they want money upfront but is this correct.

I do not know of this company, but the upfront fee is a huge red flag. If they were really successful, they would be willing to take a cut of the settlement after it was completed. No need for an upfront fee.
