Free Timeshare Wanted

I'm looking for a Wyndham or Fairfield Timeshare. If you

no longer want your timeshare I can take it over I just need to know the

following information:

Resort and location?

Number of bedrooms?

Season & week you own?

Are you are still making payments on your Timeshare?

Is the timeshare deeded or not?

Is the timeshare still available for this year or next year?

The timeshare resort's "bonus time" policy?

Any other information that would be helpful to know?

I own a timeshare in Florida, Beach Street Cottages, Destin, FL. It is a two bedroom, two bathroom, condo, paid off and the maintenance fees are $66/month. I am on the point system with 154000 points which gets you about two weeks a year if you can do a studio appt. All these points are currently available, and can be used anytime during the year. I have enjoyed this timeshare for over 5 years, although I usually end up going out of the country with the points. I currently have two timeshares and therefore this one is free for the asking.

I have 105,000 points with Club Wyndham at Cypress Palms Condo in Orlando, Florida, but it can be used throughout the U.S. including Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. It also can be used in parts of Mexico and Canada. It's paid for and all fees are up-to-date. Monthly fees are $45.67. The timeshare is deeded, it's still available for this year.
