I have 2 weeks at the Marriott Barony Beach Club that I would like to deed over to someone. I have not paid the 2010 dues (a little under $2200 for both weeks) and have not banked the 2 weeks either. So you'd be able to use both weeks for 2010. I have a lawyer firm that would be able to do the deed transfer for only $360.
The weeks are 51 and 52. Silver Season. Oceanview 2 bedroom/2 bath.
The mortgage is totally paid in full. So really the only amount due each year are the maint. dues.
