2 weeks available. Take 1 or 2 at The Lodge at Runaway Bay in Bridgeport, TX. Floating time, but we have deeds to week 22 and 51. One is a studio red week, trades all year. The 2nd unt is a 1 bedroom, whiite week.
Associated with RCI so you can join and trade your weeks for other destinations, which is primarily what we did. Resort is located on Lake Bridgeport with excellent bass fishing. Close to Texas Motor Speedway and Dalla/Fort Worth metroplex. Low maintenence fees ($360/year). Paid in full and 2010 maintence fees are paid. Might be able to help with closing costs esp. if you want both weeks. I am losing my job next month so really need to cut expenses as soon as possible.
