We have timeshare in Estes Park, Colorado that is one of several Golden Eagle resorts. It is totally paid for, but they want $590 “ownership dues.” We are “imperial” members; I think that means 1 bedroom suite. We do not want to pay the "dues" any longer and would be happy to give it away to anyone who wants it. We have paid the fees up until now, but it is due again in January and we are not willing to pay any more money for it.
