My parents owned 1 week time share of which has come to me. I am now in this trap . Have been asked to convert to points as I am told this is the way forward at a cost of another £3,000 - £5,000. Have refused until I can find little more info. I am told this timeshare having been passed on to myself will then be passed on to my children and their children and there is now way out. If this is the case can anyone tell me if I willed it back to the restort with a will being a legal document would this take the burden from my children
