Stay away from Global Resort Management in Orlando!!!! They are scammers!!! They lead you to believe they are real estate agents!! They are not!! They are an advertising middle-man. They simply take your $800 and post an ad on-line (something you can do for $30). If you visit their website they look very professional but you will notice they do not mention they are an advertising agency. They want you to believe they are a real estate agency!
BUYER BEWARE - RUN FROM THEM AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!

I checked on the Global Resort Management website and found that the above information is incorrect. In plain site (globalresortmgmt.com/legal.php) the first sentence says that they are "a For Sale/Rent by owner timeshare marketing company that is not a real estate broker." I can't speak for why Lizh might have placed this misinformation, but I welcome you to go to the site and look for yourself.

I am not an employee or customer of Global Resort Management and stand to gain nothing by debunking Lizh's statement. I am simply the programmer that redesigned their website and accidentally surfed across this posting when checking to see where they were coming up in search results.

I'd also like to thank Lizh for the compliment that, "If you visit their website they look very professional." That means I did my job.
