Too late to get out

Hey, I have a couple of questions. I just purchased a time share and they havent taken the down payment yet. I already signed the papers and everything. However, I have yet to make my first payment or finish the down payment. After looking around and reading everything that other people have posted I figured that I should try to get out is there a way that I can get out of it before they take the money out of my account?

Look in to the state laws where you bought the timeshare. You might have a certain number of days to back out of the contract. In Maryland I think it is 10 days.

Look in your contract it will tell you how long of a cancellation period you have. I know Florida is 10 Days. I have canceled one their before.
